  Staff was great. They messed up one of our orders but immediately bent over backwards to fix it. The pizza was incentive but only okay in taste, though I may be spoiled since I live 1 block away from a pizza place that won the world championship of pizza making. My companions were groaning about how wonderful their desserts were and how big. Actually the portion sizes were excellent-they definitely weren't making you pay huff prices for tiny portions.

  Food was only decent, 2 stars because the service was good. The complaint I have with this place is that the bartender and manager, Tamara, double dips when tasting the alcoholic beverage. I have absolutely no problem with bartenders tasting the drinks beforehand because it's what they do to ensure that the drink is what it should be before getting to the customer. However, what my table and I saw was Tamara using the same straw 3 times to taste ONE drink; dip into the drink, put it into her mouth, then repeat twice. Then the bartender did it using the same straw Tamara used. We had the drinks returned when our server brought it to us and asked to speak to the manager. She states that it's what they do and if we have a problem with it, then they can't do anything about it and apologizes. Not what I was expecting. Debating if this should be reported.

  We were a party of 13. A couple of other small parties there when we were. Firstly the food was VERY tasty, great flavours. Sadly a few dishes were cold, we think they were waiting for pizzas to be done, as they were really hot and unfortunately crusts were charred in places. After our meals were served nobody came and asked "how are your meals" ...we would have said. Also our water was not refilled as we waited for desert. Only near the very end of desert. We didn't complain at the time as we were a large party having a great time visiting, but for the money... there were too many problems.

  I waited for approximately 20 minutes before I got my food and I think my food is over cooked? The Thai chicken tastes a little dry. I'm not sure if that's how it is supposed to be like that though.
