Being the only major grocery store in Tofino, it's hard not to find what you're looking for at the Co-Op. They've got a selection of everything from health foods to fresh fruits and vegetables. There is an in-store deli and bakery, including a selection of cakes and even sushi, although I'd recommend one of the many restaurants in town for good seafood. Quantity can be limited since Tofino is located in such a remote area, so be sure to buy if you see what you need.

This is a pretty nice Co-op. It has mostly everything you'd expect a Co-op to have. It looks like they've done renovations since the last time I was there about six years ago.
